Berkshire, The Dual Purpose Breed
Berkshires are one of the breed we raise on our farm. Some people buy them for show pigs, and others for meat for their freezers. We just had one sow give birth to 17 piglets! The Berkshire breed of pigs originated in Berkshire County, England. They are known for their delicious meat. This sign makes beautiful paper prints and canvas prints, as well as my aluminum printed signs.
